Beyond Reiki: Why I Bring Several Kinds of Energy Work Into a Session

Healing isn’t just about feeling better—it’s about remembering who you truly are. It’s a dance between release and awakening, a process of shedding old layers while discovering new parts of yourself that have been waiting to emerge.

When I first started working with energy, Reiki was my foundation. It showed me what energy work could feel like: quiet, steady, and more powerful than I expected.

Over time I felt a pull to go further. I met practitioners who worked with quantum and multidimensional approaches, and the first time I experienced one myself, I knew I wanted to learn it. Something shifted in a way I hadn't felt before. That's how these practices found their way into my sessions.

Three approaches, one session

Reiki is a gentle practice for relaxation and balance. It's often where people begin, and it remains a steady base for my work.

Quantum energy work is less about following a set technique and more about responding to what your energy is doing in the moment. Many people describe it as turning down static on a radio: things get quieter and clearer. I can't offer a neat scientific explanation for how it works, and I'd rather say so than dress it up. What I can tell you is what clients tend to report: feeling lighter, calmer, and more like themselves.

Multidimensional work builds on both. It's for the times something feels bigger than stress or tiredness, like a sense of being meant for more, an intuitive pull, or a new season of life you want to understand. Sessions can include energetic activations, grounding, and time to make sense of what comes up.

Reiki is one tool among several that I use. I don't think of them as levels to climb. I choose what fits the moment.

If you're new to energy work

You don't need any experience, and you don't need to know what to work on. Many first-time clients tell me they weren't sure what to expect. Most leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more relaxed. There's no right or wrong way to experience a session. You're simply invited to receive what you need that day.

If you've done energy work before

This approach can go a little deeper. Sessions can help you bring earlier work into your daily life, notice what's shifting, and make sense of experiences that are hard to put into words.

Which session might fit

  • Energetic Reset (60 min, $111): for when you feel heavy, foggy, drained, or overloaded and want a clean slate.

  • Inner Soul Session (75 min, $130): a personalized session for whatever is present for you right now.

  • Multidimensional Soul Session (75 min, $130): for when you feel drawn toward deeper spiritual and personal exploration.

Sessions are available in person in Valencia, PA, or virtually. Some people start with a Reset and move into a deeper session later. Others know right away. Either is fine.
