What to Expect From a ZYTO Scan
There is a lot of wellness advice out there: supplements, diets, routines, and everyone certain about what you should try next. If you're tired of guessing what your body needs, you're not alone.
My approach is to slow down and look at the whole picture. One tool I sometimes use in in-person Integrative Health Sessions is the ZYTO scan. It gives us a starting point for the conversation.
What ZYTO is
ZYTO is a wellness biofeedback tool. You rest your hand on a small cradle, and the system records tiny changes in skin conductivity as it presents a series of test items, such as nutrients, stress patterns, and organ systems. The software then creates a report showing what your body is responding to most strongly right now.
The scan takes a few minutes and isn't painful.
It is not a diagnostic test. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or cure anything, and it doesn't replace lab work or medical care. I think of it as a conversation starter, one more piece of information alongside your health history, symptoms, habits, and any labs you bring.
How I use it
Instead of asking "What's wrong with me?", we ask a gentler question: "What is my body responding to right now?"
The report helps us narrow down where to focus first, so you're not trying ten things at once. From there we talk through realistic next steps, which might include nutrition, supplements, sleep, stress, movement, or a conversation to have with your doctor.
Who tends to find it helpful
You're overwhelmed by conflicting health advice and want help narrowing things down.
You've tried supplements or routines and are still piecing things together.
You want to be proactive rather than waiting until something is clearly wrong.
You'd like something concrete to look at while we talk.
What a session looks like
An Integrative Health Session starts with your health history and what's been going on, including symptoms, energy, sleep, digestion, stress, and supplements. Bring labs and a supplement list if you have them. If you're in person, we can add a ZYTO scan. Sessions are also available virtually, though ZYTO itself is in person only.
If you'd like to look at the whole picture together, you can book an Integrative Health Session or a free 20-minute consultation to talk through where to start.
ZYTO is a wellness tool and does not diagnose or treat any medical condition. It does not replace medical care from your physician.
