If your mind feels busy, your body feels tense, or you find yourself constantly thinking about what’s next, this class is a space to slow down, breathe, and come back to yourself.
In this beginner-friendly session, you’ll learn simple mindfulness tools to quiet the noise, calm your body, and feel more present in everyday life.
You’ll leave with practical tools you can use when you feel overwhelmed, scattered, or disconnected — and a greater sense of calm, clarity, and inner balance.

Emotions don’t just live in the mind — they can settle into the body as tension, heaviness, tightness, fatigue, or unease.
If you’ve been carrying stress, sadness, frustration, grief, or simply the weight of life, this circle is a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and gently release what feels ready to move.
You’ll be guided through grounding, breath, reflection, and energy work to help you feel lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself.
Full Moon Ceremony

The Full Moon has a way of illuminating what we’ve been carrying — the emotions, patterns, endings, and inner truths that are ready to be seen.
This in-person ceremony is a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll create room to honor what has surfaced, release what feels complete, and return to a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and inner balance.
What You'll Experience:
Space to Reflect & Feel: Gentle guidance and journaling to help bring clarity, insight, and awareness to what’s ready to shift.
A Sense of Release: A fire ritual offering a tangible way to let go of emotional or energetic weight.
Energetic Reset & Balance: Guided meditation and group energy work to help you feel calm, centered, and balanced.
Integration & Blessing: A nourishing close to help you absorb what shifted and leave feeling grounded and supported.
